Rates per night ($Aust, incl. GST):

      Rates include linen and toiletries, basic staples (tea, ground coffee, etc), next day breakfast starter, plus Devonshire Tea provisions on arrival (scones, Tassie jam and cream).
      A small selection of local wines is available and some other provisions are also available on request.
      Fast free WiFi is available for email and normal Internet browsing.
      We accept cheques and credit cards for Visa and MasterCard.

WINTER SPECIAL: June-July-August. Stay three or more nights and receive your last night free!

Conditions and Bookings:

Deposits:: To confirm a booking, we do require a deposit of 50% of the total fee (by credit card at time of booking, or by cheque within three trading days).
The balance is payable on your departure.
Variations:: If more than 7 days notice is given, variations to your booking will be accepted but will be subject to a re-booking fee of $40.
Cancellations:: Your 50% deposit is not refunded should a cancellation be made 7 days or less prior to the arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 8-28 days, 20% of the total fee is retained. If cancellation occurs beyond 28 days, a full refund will be made, but a $40 administration charge will apply.
Exclusions:: Olive's Cottage is a non-smoking establishment. We do not take children under 12 years of age, or any pets.
Bookings:: For bookings, either Telephone or use the Booking Form or Contact Us by email, post or fax.
